Can you send me your software?
We do not distribute any free software. We provide password recovery services only for the file types listed on our website. Links to purchase software are provided throughout our
website.
I just downloaded a demo version of this hot game software but they want me to pay for the full version. Can you recover the access password?
We provide password recovery services for the legitimate owners of files or data and are not involved in cracking software programs or passwords that protect software-licensing rights. We
do not sell or distribute "cracks," "warez" or "proggies." All of our clients are required to complete our standard agreement and attest that they are the legal owners
of the data and files sent to us. We can only recover data or passwords from the file types listed on our website.
I just downloaded this cool program which I need, but it is protected by a zip password or other registration password.

As it states on our website we do not perform this type of work for a number of reasons. First, legitimate owners can usually get password recovery support from the provider and therefore
should not need a third party service bureau. Second, while the provider can verify the true owner, we have no way to verify this information which creates a liability problem for our business.
Lastly, this work would be technically very difficult or impossible.
I am involved in a child custody battle and I need you to break into my former spouse’s email so that I can get my kid back. Can you please help me?
While I sympathize with your situation the reason you want to get into a particular account in no way changes the reasons why we cannot do this work. As it states on our website we do not
perform this type of work for a number of reasons. First, legitimate owners can usually get password recovery support from the provider and therefore should not need a third party service bureau.
Second, while the provider can verify the true owner, we have no way to verify this information which creates a liability problem for our business. Lastly, this work would be technically very
difficult or impossible.
Are you hiring?
We are not currently seeking any employees, nor do we expect to be in the future.
Our files are extremely confidential. How can you assure their confidentiality?
Our standard agreement states that we agree to keep your files confidential. If you would like us to sign an additional confidentiality agreement or agree to different wording, that is no
problem, just contact us. In extreme cases, it would be possible for us to perform our work at your location so that you could verify that no data left your premises. Obviously, this will involve
significant expenses both for additional time and travel.
Can you teach me to do this?
Our skills, techniques and experience is part of what makes our services valuable. Teaching others to do this would not only take a significant amount of time, but would be
counterproductive to our business.
We would like to use your service, but want to test your capabilities first. Will you recover a password from our test file?
We will recover passwords from test files in order to "prove" our capabilities for free. This can be done in a couple of ways. You could create a file with a specific and known
piece of data in the file and we could recover the password and tell you something about the data or the password that we could only know if we knew the password. We could also take a file for which
you don’t know password and tell you something unique about the contents of the file that you would know, but that we could only know by reading the file. We will not, however, provide either the
full password or more than a hint at the contents of a file for free. We will not recover passwords for test files that require brute-force testing because this takes too much time to perform.
I cannot afford your services. Can you do just one file for me for free?
Unfortunately, we have real costs associated with processing these files and cannot provide our services for free.
